Clayton Station is situated on the Birdsville Track. 54km north of Marree.

Clayton Station has been owned by the Oldfield family since 1954.  The station itself is 1000 square miles, with around 2000 head of Poll Hereford cattle and the Clayton Walers cross working horses.

Clayton Station also has a campsite situated just off the main road for those travellers that wish to experience our wetlands with a rich variety of birds, plants and animal life.
